SYSTEMATIC USE OF INNOVATIONS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Modern conditions require searching for new mechanisms for optimizing and modernizing all branches of Russian industry in order to strengthen domestic production and create competitive products. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the application of a systematic approach in the process of realiz-ing innovative potential in order to develop the automotive industry of the Russian Federation. The hypothesis of the study is that there is a positive effect from the introduction of systematic use of various types of innovations (technological, product, financial, organizational and managerial, infrastructural), indi-vidually for each automobile manufacturer, depending on the results of the assessment of their innovation potential. The methods used in this work are: study and analysis of special, methodological and reference literature; analysis and synthesis of the information obtained; classification; and comparative and quantita-tive analysis. This article examines and describes the types of innovations in the automotive industry, such as: technical, production, managerial, financial, organizational, and infrastructural. A matrix of innovations and industrial systems has been formed, a unified ecosystem of the Russian automotive industry has been described, and the effect of the systematic use of innovative technologies in the Russian automotive indus-try has been analyzed and described, with an assessment of the impact of the circular economy paradigm on the industry as a whole and the business of individual automobile manufacturers. At the final stage, it is concluded that it is advisable to develop a strategy for the systematic use of innovations in the automotive industry of the Russian Federation.
