(Abstracted from J Clin Oncol 2025;43(12):1488–1515) Reproductive risks are inherent in cancer treatment, and patients should always be evaluated for and counseled about them both at diagnosis and later in remission. Fertility preservation (FP) should be managed by reproductive specialists, including in patients who may be unsure to be certain they receive adequate counseling to make informed decisions.
