Formation of Socio-cultural Competencies for Educational Program «Cultural and Leisure Work» Students in the Educational Process of the University

The problem of the formation of sociocultural competencies of students of the educational program (EP) «Cultural and leisure work» in the educational process of the university is being investigated. The purpose of the study is the theoretical substantiation and practical development of the content and structure of sociocultural competencies of students of the «Cultural and Leisure Work» EP, the introduction of an innovative software and methodological complex into the educational process aimed at the formation of sociocultural competencies of students of this EP. Cognitive, functional and behavioral components are highlighted in the competence structure. Their content is determined. The effectiveness of the introduction of the author's software and methodological complex, innovative educational content, and original digital resources into the educational process has been experimentally confirmed.
