HUBUNGAN SPIRITUALITAS DAN RESILIENSI ANAK USIA DINI: PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN DAN PSIKOLOGI POSITIF
This research is motivated by the importance of building resilience in early childhood as a provision to face developmental challenges, where spirituality plays a role as one of the main protective factors. Christian education and positive psychology are seen as having a strategic contribution in fostering spirituality that is able to strengthen children's resilience. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between spirituality and early childhood resilience from the perspective of Christian religious education and positive psychology, as well as identify the mechanisms of their formation. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method with literature studies on national and international journals, textbooks, and relevant documents. The results of the analysis show that Christian religious education shapes children's spirituality through faith narratives, ritual practices, and safe parenting relationships, while positive psychology strengthens it through the development of character strengths such as gratitude, hope, forgiveness, and optimism. The integration of the two results in synergy between internal factors such as the meaning of life, regulation of emotions, beliefs and external factors such as the support of faith communities that effectively strengthen resilience. The conclusion of this study confirms that the development of spirituality based on Christian religious education and positive psychology from an early age is a significant pedagogical and psychological strategy in building children's resilience holistically.
