The findings reveal that accounting information exhibit varying degrees of significance and explanatory power in predicting share prices, EPS is the most influential determinant of share price for Nigerian Deposit Money Banks, reaffirming its central role in investor decision-making and market valuation. ROA and ROI while directionally positive, exhibit weaker statistical relevance, suggesting that investors may assign lesser importance to these indicators.. The study recommended that there is a need to prioritize strategies that enhance earnings per share, as it significantly influences investor perception and share price performance.
