Wafer‐Scale Growth and Transfer of High‐Quality MoS2 Array by Interface Design for High‐Stability Flexible Photosensitive Device (Adv. Sci. 34/2024)
Flexible Devices Flexible devices of TMDCs generally require a damage‐free transfer process. In article number 2405050 by Yang Chen, Xiaojuan Sun, Dabing Li, and co‐workers, graphene is designed as an inserting layer to prevent chemical bonding at the growth interface, thus wafer‐scale patterned TMDCs array can be efficiently separated and transferred by a mechanical force, realizing highstability flexible photosensitive devices for the imaging.
