O Banco Mundial e as relações entre educação, saúde e pobreza
The health crisis, represented by the COVID-19 pandemic, increased the impact in the areas of economy, health, education, social, among others, at the same time, counteracting the reforms resulting from the process of implementing neoliberal policies. This study, developed through bibliographical and documentary research, with a qualitative approach, includes the statements of the World Bank (1997, 2017a, 2017b, 2020) on the reform of the State and the relationships established with Education, Health and Poverty, especially in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis. As a result, State reform continues to be central to the World Bank's agenda and, consequently, basic Education and Health are treated as fundamental variables to manage poverty, aiming at the continuity of neoliberal policies in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis.
