Compliant DNA Origami Nanoactuators as Size‐Selective Nanopores (Adv. Mater. 39/2024)
Size-Selective Nanopores The reconfigurable MechanoPore, built from DNA origami, is a nanopore with tunable lumen sizes. It can switch between 3 distinct states (open, intermediate, closed), after incorporation into a lipid membrane, enabling the controlled influx or exclusion of differently-sized cargo. More details can be found in article number 2405104 by Amelie Heuer-Jungemann, Sabina Caneva, and co-workers.
