EFFECT OF THE FEED ADDITIVE ALFALACTIM ON THE GROWTH INTENSITY AND MEAT PERFORMANCE IN FATTENING PIGS

The article is devoted to the study of the efficiency of using the feed additive Alphalactim for fattening pigs. It has been established that its use contributes to an increase in the live weight of animals, average daily gains and leads to a decrease in feed costs per 1 kg of live weight gain. The effect of the feed additive Alphalactim on the meat qualities of pigs was assessed. As a result of laboratory studies of the quality of pork, as well as an assessment of the culinary qualities of meat, it was found that the feed additive based on probiotic bacteria with α-galactosidase activity Alphalactim possessed no negative effect on the quality of livestock products (pork).The use of the feed additive Alphalactim when raising fattening pigs made it possible to obtain additional products at the rate of 8.08 rubles per 1 head in 2024 prices.
