Balancing Strategies between Standardization and Humanization in Daily Management of College Students
With the continuous development of higher education in China, the daily management of students is facing increasingly complex challenges. Traditional management methods mostly focus on standardized management; however, with the transformation of society, the personalized needs of student groups have become increasingly prominent. How to implement humanized management on the basis of standardized management has become a key issue in current college management work. This paper explores the balancing strategies between standardization and humanization in the daily management of college students. By analyzing the existing management models and combining practical cases, it proposes how to implement flexible humanized management within a standardized framework to better promote the all-round development of students. The research shows that only under a management model where standardization and humanization complement each other can colleges and universities cultivate outstanding talents who not only abide by disciplines but also possess innovative spirit and social responsibility.
