Independent variables included interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, financial aspects, and physical environment. The dependent variable was patient satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate (Spearman Rank), and multivariate (Multiple Regression Analysis) methods. Result: Univariate analysis showed that 100% of respondents rated interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, and physical environment as good, while 50.2% rated the Financial Aspects as fair. Bivariate correlation analysis revealed a significant relationship between interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, and physical environment with patient satisfaction (p < 0.05), while financial aspects showed no significant relationship (p > 0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated interpersonal behavior as the most dominant factor related to patient satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.02 and regression coefficient (B) of 2.314. Conclusion: Interpersonal behavior, professionalism, comfort access, and physical environment are positively associated with inpatient satisfaction, while financial aspects are not.
