TECNOLOGIAS DA INFORMAÇÃO E DA COMUNICAÇÃO E O ENSINO JURÍDICO NA PERSPECTIVA DA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DE DIREITO
Abstract The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) is increasingly common in the area of Law, impacting the dissemination of knowledge and professional training. Education has undergone profound transformations resulting from technological innovations and legal education cannot ignore this phenomenon and must move closely to facts and social advances. The problem of this research is centered on the adaptation of legal education to ICT. The research is guided by the following hypothesis: legal courses have curricular components related to ICT that cause professional and social consequences. The objectives of this study are: to analyze the presence of ICT in the context of digital culture, in the curricula of Law courses in the State of Alagoas. Qualitative research was used, based on the epistemological framework in the empirical-analytical paradigm, using the hypothetical deductive procedure to investigate the hypothesis using the information collected. The results show the non-existence or insufficiency of the presence and way in which ICT is being worked on, so that graduation is not being able to create and improve the skills and competencies necessary for the student/graduate to exercise the profession in a marked social context by new technologies. Keywords: ICT. Digital culture, Legal education, Training of law teachers.
