EFFECT OF MODULATED HARITAKI (TERMINALIA CHEBULA Retz.) ON AGNI W.S.R. TO DIGESTIVE ENZYME

Objective: To examine the impact of Terminalia Chebula on digestive enzymes, shedding light on its traditional use in Ayurvedic medicine. Methods: This study evaluated the in vitro effect of Terminalia Chebula extract on digestive enzymes. Results: The findings revealed that Terminalia Chebula extract significantly enhanced the activity of digestive enzymes, improving carbohydrate, protein, and fat digestion. Conclusion: This study validates the traditional use of Terminalia Chebula in promoting digestive health and provides insight into its potential as a natural digestive enzyme enhancer.
