Research on the Impact of Enterprise-User Interaction on Enterprise Breakthrough Innovation
In the digital economy era, breakthrough innovation has become the core pathway for enterprises to gain competitive advantages. As crucial suppliers of innovative resources, users' interactions with enterprises increasingly influence the innovation process. Current academic research on enterprise-user interactions predominantly focuses on incremental innovation, while the mechanisms underlying breakthrough innovation require deeper exploration. This study combines questionnaire surveys and case analyses based on resource-based theory and user innovation theory, targeting high-tech enterprises to investigate the impact pathways of enterprise-user interactions on breakthrough innovation. The findings reveal that effective enterprise-user interactions can positively promote breakthrough innovation through three dimensions: knowledge sharing, trust accumulation, and collaborative trial-and-error. Moreover, interaction frequency, depth, and channel diversity modulate these effects --High-frequency, deep two-way interactions demonstrate stronger innovation-boosting potential than one-way information transmission.
