Bilateral Simultaneous Anterior Obturator and Pubic Dislocation of the Hip: A Case Report and Literature Review
This case highlights the rarity of bilateral anterior hip dislocations and the importance of early recognition and reduction to ensure optimal recovery. A structured management approach with timely reduction, imaging, and rehabilitation is crucial for a favorable outcome. Rehabilitation includes strict bed rest for a week, progressive return to walking with crutches for a week, then full support.
