ANALYSIS OF THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Financial stability is a characteristic that allows you to assess the degree of stability of the organization's position, which lies in the availability of financial reserves that allow it to carry out and maintain its activities - to produce and sell goods, works and services, repay loans received, and, importantly, maintain a budget surplus, that is, maintain a situation where income exceeds expenses. This is one of the fundamental indicators by which one can judge the stability of the enterprise. The main goal of entrepreneurial activity is to make a profit. To make it, entrepreneurs use various factors of production: land, capital, labor, entrepreneurial skills. Land includes natural resources used in production. For example, wood is used in the manufacture of paper. Capital includes buildings, structures, equipment. Labor is the use of human labor. Many economists have discussed which factor of production plays a greater role in profit formation. It should be noted that at present, the use of solar energy is becoming increasingly relevant, since many companies have begun to adhere to the ESG concept (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance). ESG concept is a set of principles according to which companies carry out their activities, paying attention to the environment, provide support in solving social and management problems. The use of solar energy involves the installation of solar panels, which allow you to not depend on power plants that negatively affect the environment. Profitability is one of the economic indicators that characterizes the net profit or loss of an enterprise from any investments for a certain period of time.
