EFFECTIVE MENTORING MODELS IN AN UNSTABLE ECONOMY
In modern conditions, when the socio-economic system is facing many challenges, such as lack of resources, changes in legislation and high competition, the need for mentoring for young professionals is becoming especially urgent. Firstly, mentoring helps to improve the professional competence of aspiring professionals. Experienced employees, acting as mentors, can transfer their knowledge and share practical working methods. Secondly, the mentoring system helps to create a supportive environment, which is especially important during professional trials. Young professionals may experience stress due to high demands and uncertainty. Having the help of an experienced colleague can significantly increase their self-confidence and reduce the level of professional burnout. In addition, the mentor serves as a role model, which contributes to the formation of a positive attitude towards their profession among young professionals. Mentoring also helps them develop leadership skills and teamwork, which makes them active participants in the work process. In turn, organizations based on the principle of mentoring can lead to an improvement in the quality of production and economic activities in general. Currently, there are a number of effective mentoring models, each of which has its own characteristics and can have a significant impact on the professional adaptation of young professionals. The hypothesis that mentoring can significantly reduce stress levels and increase the level of professional adaptation of aspiring professionals is based on the wealth of data and practical experience presented in this study.
