Abstract

The vector of creating a modern, developing educational environment that helps the student's personality to find new ways of understanding and mastering knowledge, skills and competencies at all levels of education, was clearly outlined in modern pedagogical science in the last years of the twentieth century. The value of forming specialists who are well oriented in numerous professional and life situations, efficient in conditions of uncertainty, information 'kaleidoscope', digital technologies, has become indisputable and has led to a number of significant changes in the methodology and technologies of organizing the pedagogical process at universities. The modeling of a more harmonious, spiritual, progressive and accessible educational environment in Russian education has been observed for several years, and in medical education it has been especially vivid since 2022, when ROSMEDOBR, an All–Russian association, brought together all those interested in developing and improving the medical education system and improving its quality. Thus, the strengthening of traditional moral principles, active civic position, organization of a safe educational space that ensures mutual respect, communication and cooperation of subjects of the pedagogical process, increase in the importance of practical, universal (soft) skills become the most important aspects of an effective educational environment.
