Systematization of Law amid Digital Transformation
The article considers the issue of changing the systematization of law in the context of digital transformation. It is noted that the problems that arise during systematization of law and legislation are the subject of numerous studies both within the general theory of law and in the relevant science branches. The implementation of codification of legislation is an ambitious goal, but in modern conditions it does not look quite achievable due to a few objective reasons. The above fully applies to information law, although at one time relevant drafts of information codes were developed. In the context of digital transformations, the problem is complicated by the special nature of social relations. To solve these problems, it is recommended to study individual legal innovations related to technologies and technological progress. In this context, we are talking about technological coercion and requirements for its application at the level of decision architecture.
