Investigation of Resonance Properties of the φ0 Josephson Junction
—The phase dynamics and resonance properties of the superconductor-ferromagnet-superconductor $${{\varphi }_{0}}$$ -junction, have been investigated. Based on the numerical simulation of current-voltage characteristic (CVC) of $${{\varphi }_{0}}$$ -junction the modulation of magnetization components along the CVC is shown. Using the analytical approach its demonstrated that the eigenfequancy of the system has a periodic behaviour. This fact prove the realization of the parametric resonance in the $${{\varphi }_{0}}$$ -junction and the obtained modulation is the result of parametric resonance. We expect that the obtained results can be used in the development of novel technologies in the field of superconducting electronics and spintronics.
