Physico-chemical basis of gas-phase solution during solid-phase renewal of oxides
Purpose. Physico-chemical analysis of the gasification processes of carbon materials with complex oxidizing agents. Methodology. The thermodynamic model includes the use of the HSC Chemistry 6.1 software package. Kinetic studies were conducted using the thermogravimetric analysis method. Adsorption of gases on the liquid surface occurs using various gas chromatography methods. Scientific novelty. The influence of catalytic additives on the adsorption-chemical link of the gasification process has been experimentally confirmed. The understanding of the mechanism of influence of catalytic additives on the gasification link of carbon materials has been further developed. Practical significance. The results obtained expand the practical possibilities of intensifying the gasification process, which ensures an increase in the productivity of solid-phase recovery of aggregates.
