Abstract

The modern automotive supply chain demands highly resilient and intelligent integration frameworks to manage complex enterprise systems effectively. This article proposes an AI-driven adaptive integration framework leveraging SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform to optimize integration workflows across cloud-native environments.By embedding machine learning models for predictive anomaly detection, self-healing mechanisms, and automated partner onboarding, the framework enhances operational continuity while reducing error rates across automotive supply chains. The architecture is built on microservices design, API-led connectivity, and event-driven patterns that together enable unprecedented flexibility and responsiveness.Implementation results from a major European automotive manufacturer demonstrate substantial improvements in interface complexity reduction, realtime synchronization capabilities, and partner onboarding efficiency. The framework's adaptive scaling mechanisms ensure optimal performance during varying workload conditions through predictive auto-scaling and intelligent load balancing.Future research directions include expanding AI capabilities toward autonomous decision-making, implementing quantum-resistant security measures, and developing cross-enterprise digital twin capabilities that extend visibility across organizational boundaries.
