ANALISIS METODE EARNED VALUE UNTUK DURASI PENYELESAIAN PEMBANGUNAN PROYEK X DI KARAWANG

One of the main targets of project is success on time. Delays in construction projects can cause time and cost losses for parties such as contractors and owners. The earned value method was created to estimate the project completion time. Earned value management is one of the approaches developed as a tool for time management in a project. This study focuses on how to use earned value management to control the time and cost of the office and factory construction project in Karawang. The analysis in this study specifically discusses the delays and progress of the office and factory project, which has a planned duration of 44 weeks. The analysis using the earned value method yields predictions of the final project duration during the delay weeks and acceleration weeks. In the delay weeks from week 33 to week 37, the predicted final duration of the project exceeded the initial planned time. Meanwhile, in the acceleration weeks from week 38 to week 43, the predicted final duration of the project showed results less than the initial planned time. This delay was caused by fewer workers than planned, resulting in project delays, and during the acceleration weeks, additional workers were added to the project, leading to a good final duration prediction. Abstrak Salah satu ukuran utama keberhasilan proyek adalah waktu. Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi dapat menyebabkan kerugian waktu dan biaya bagi pihak-pihak seperti kontraktor dan owner. Metode Earned Value dibuat untuk memperkirakan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Earned Value management adalah salah satu pendekatan yang dikembangkan sebagai alat untuk melakukan manajemen waktu pada suatu proyek. Studi ini berfokus pada bagaimana menggunakan Earned Value management untuk mengendalikan waktu dan biaya proyek pembangunan kantor dan pabrik di Karawang. Analisis pada studi ini secara khusus membahas mengenai keterlambatan dan kemajuan dari proyek pabrik dan kantor yang memiliki durasi perencanaan selama 44 minggu. Analisis dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value mendapatkan hasil prediksi durasi akhir proyek pada minggu keterlambatan dan minggu percepatan. Pada minggu keterlambatan minggu ke-33 sampai minggu ke-37 prediksi durasi akhir proyek melebihi dari waktu rencana awal proyek. Sedangkan pada minggu percepatan minggu ke-38 sampai minggu ke-43 prediksi durasi akhir proyek menunjukan hasil kurang dari rencana awal proyek. Keterlambatan ini disebabkan oleh pekerja kurang dari rencana sehingga proyek mengalami keterlambatan dan pada minggu percepatan pekerja di proyek ditambah dan menghasilkan prediksi durasi akhir yang baik.
