Influence of temperature on biological tissue impedance in an educational experiment for medical university students
The study investigates the influence of temperature on the impedance of potato tissue to demonstrate biophysical patterns to medical students. Impedance measurements were conducted during cooling, heating, and subsequent temperature recovery of the samples. It was shown that cooling leads to a reversible increase in impedance, while heating causes an irreversible decrease and disappearance of dispersion. The study highlights the importance of methodological accuracy in electrical measurements of biological tissues.
