Mathematical Model of Impulse Sealing in Metallurgical Processes

The article is devoted to the issue of compacting a dispersed medium under the influence of a pneumatic flow. The considered issue is relevant, as dispersed media are widely used in metallurgy, especially in powder metallurgy. However, the use of a highly efficient and promising method of pulsed gas flow compaction has not yet been fully mastered. "Pulsed compaction with a gas flow" increases the impact area and productivity. The article presents a mathematical model of the interaction between a gas flow and a dispersed medium

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of compacting a dispersed medium under the influence of a pneumatic flow. The considered issue is relevant, as dispersed media are widely used in metallurgy, especially in powder metallurgy. However, the use of a highly efficient and promising method of pulsed gas flow compaction has not yet been fully mastered. "Pulsed compaction with a gas flow" increases the impact area and productivity. The article presents a mathematical model of the interaction between a gas flow and a dispersed medium
