An AI-Powered Voice Interaction System for College Student Mental Health
This study analyzes the psychological challenges faced by college students to help them develop positive value systems in an expedient manner. Key factors influencing student mental health were identified and appropriate psychological evaluation indicators were selected to develop a voice interaction system for psychological therapy that incorporated the selected indicators, while leveraging artificial intelligence technology. Using film and television resources—inspirational movies, specifically—as a therapeutic method integrated with voice interaction functionalities, the proposed language interaction model employed label classification and active learning to achieve superior performance, with a peak accuracy of 76.51%. These findings suggest that an artificial intelligence-driven language interaction system grounded in educational psychology can effectively identify students' psychological problems, enhance psychological literacy, and promote healthy life trajectories. The inclusion of inspirational media yielded more pronounced therapeutic effects than other language models, making this research a valuable resource for college students' mental health.
