This is an accepted article with a DOI pre-assigned that is not yet published.This article revisits formative and artistic creation practices experienced by the members of the Decá Collective at the Luiz Olimecha National Circus School (ENCLO). It reflects on the concept of practice as research and, based on this concept, how the experience led to relevant discoveries and musings about the notion of territory and the need to adopt a decolonial perspective. Cet article revient sur les pratiques de formation et de création artistique vécues par les membres du collectif Decá à l'École nationale de cirque Luiz Olimecha (ENCLO). Il offre une réflexion sur le concept de pratique comme recherche et, avec ce concept comme point de départ, il propose un regard sur la manière dont ces expériences ont conduit à des découvertes et à des pensées pertinentes sur la notion de territoire et la nécessité d'adopter une perspective décoloniale.
