İslam Hukuku Açısından Bağımlılık Yapan Maddelerin Aile Bireyleri Arasındaki İlişkilere Etkisi
The Almighty Creator created human beings as male and female, and tied the continuation of the human generation to the institution of the family, which is formed through the bond of marriage. The family, which forms the basis of the social structure, is one of the most important educational institutions that contribute greatly to the formation of a clean society. Under normal circumstances, every child born into the world is born into a family and learns the important knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for life in the family environment. All family members have responsibilities in protecting this institution from dangers. There are many dangers that disrupt the peaceful environment that should exist in the family. One of these dangers is addictive substances and some negative habits such as smoking, alcohol and drugs that affect family life. For this reason, it has become imperative to fight against addictions that damage the family and the society in which they live and cause wounds that are difficult to repair. In this regard, the unity of power of the society and the state is needed rather than individual efforts. In short, it is imperative that the family, opinion leaders of the society, voluntary organizations and relevant institutions of the state work together. In this study, after briefly defining addiction within the framework of the inductive method, the types of addiction will be discussed. Additionally, information will be given about the evaluation of addiction in terms of Islamic law and its negative effects on family life.
