Uso de helmintos de peixes no ensino de Biologia na Amazônia ocidental

Access to information about helminths and their ecological relevance is frequently neglected in the daily lives of fishermen, consumers, and also in schools. The scarcity of courseware focused on the study of helminths in elementary education, makes it difficult to address this content, since it involves technical concepts. Thus, this study aims to develop scientific teaching materials, such as blades and informative catalogue about on helminthic parasites found in fish from the Região do Vale do Juruá, in Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre – Brasil, relevant for the development of the biology discipline in high school.
