ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF THE FUNCTIONING PARAMETERS OF TERMINAL AND LOGISTICS FACILITIES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

The article considers the factors influencing the state of functioning of the terminal and logistics fa-cilities of the terminal and logistics district and suggests a methodology for assessing the economic feasibility of their operation under the current parameters of cargo flow and infrastructure. The meth-odology is aimed at reducing the costs of infrastructure owners, taking into account the continued ac-cessibility of railway transport by using a damper terminal to process cargo flows transferred from terminal logistics facilities with negative profitability. The purpose of the work is to form a mechanism for the economic assessment of the parameters of the functioning of railway terminal and logistics fa-cilities. The subject of the study is the parameters of the functioning of terminal and logistics facilities, the object of the study is the terminal and logistics infrastructure of the terminal and logistics district. Based on the results of the study, an algorithm for determining the state of operation of terminal logis-tics facilities has been formed and options for organizing a terminal damper under various operating conditions of terminal logistics facilities are presented.
