A METHOD FOR ANALYZING BASIC TRAFFIC DATA IN ROAD TRAFFIC PLANNING IN CHINA

This paper describes the main methods of traffic data analysis for transportation planning in China and provides Russian indicators for daily description of different traffic flow and road conditions. And the practical application of basic traffic data analysis methods in Jiaxian city transportation planning project.
