TRUCKS DIESEL ENGINE FUEL EQUIPMENT RESOURCE INVESTIGATION

A general analysis of the durability of diesel engine fuel equipment components has been conducted. Based on data obtained at a truck service center, the resource characteristics of injectors and high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP) have been determined. Factors contributing to a decrease in the resource of injectors and HPFPs have been studied. A diagram of the relationship between factors has been constructed, and operational proposals have been made to maintain the resource value of diesel fuel equipment components at a high level.
