In situ synthesis of bioorthogonally catalyzed drugs based on hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks for cancer therapy
A GSH-responsive platform (1+2@Cu-HOF@HA) was built from Cu-TCPP and prodrugs 1 and 2. In tumors, GSH reduces Cu( ii ) to Cu( i ), triggering CuAAC to generate drug 3 (CA-4 analogue) in situ for anti-tumor therapy.
