Synergistic Effect of Prolonged Oxygenation and Reactive Oxygen Species Scavenging on Diabetic Wound Healing Using an Injectable Thermoresponsive Hydrogel (Small 39/2025)
Wound Healing The injectable, thermoresponsive poly(organophosphazene) hydrogel system simultaneously delivers oxygen-generating microspheres and ROS-scavenging components through physical interactions. The synergistic effects of prolonged oxygenation and oxidative stress reduction promotes vascularization and tissue regeneration in diabetic wounds, showing great potential as a dual-functional therapeutic platform.
