MECHANISMS OF DEFORMATION DISSOLUTION OF PHASES AND THE PROBLEM OF «SUPERSATURATED SOLID SOLUTIONS» RESULTING FROM PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF ALLOYS
An analytical form of the diagram of equilibrium structural-phase states of nanocrystalline binary substitution alloys is developed and presented by methods of mathematical simulation. It is shown that plastic deformation of multiphase nanocrystalline alloys accompanied by processes of complete dissolution of secondary phases most probably results in equilibrium chemically inhomogeneous single-phase solid solutions of different degrees of saturation by impurity atoms being formed. Chemical inhomogeneities in single-phase states of nanocrystalline alloys arise due to the fact that intercrystalline boundaries generate inhomogeneous fields of electromagnetic and deformation origin in the sample volume.
