CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION OF STRUCTURE OF POROUS HYBRID MATERIALS FROM CELLULOSIC FABRIC AND MACROMOLECULAR -SUBSTITUTED CYCLIC AMINOACETATES WITH GRAFTED AEROSIL MICROPARTICLES
The stages of synthesis of porous hybrid material from cellulose fabric and macromolecular -substituted cyclic aminoacetates with grafted aerosil microparticles are studied. Such a structure is found to be formed if the cellulose fibers are filled with a suspension of agglomerates of aerosil particles in PVC shells, the diameter of which is greater than the width of the gaps between the microfibril ribbons. Ribbons and fibrils are cross-linked by grafting PVC macromolecules simultaneously to cellulose on the surface of the ends and to the surface of the aerosil particles. The frameworks are strengthened and the porous structure is formed as linear PVC macromolecules grafted to cellulose and to aerosil are transformed into cyclic amine structures.
