STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS OF MECHANICALLY ALLOYED CEMENTITE DOPED WITH NICKEL AND CHROMIUM
Variation of structural parameters of phases in the mechanically alloyed system (FeCrNi)C as a function of the annealing temperature and chromium and nickel concentrations is considered. The data obtained earlier by X-ray diffraction are considered here in combination; it is shown that lattice parameters of the cementite phase in different samples should be compared for samples with the best conditions of cementite preparation. The lattice parameters of the phases formed after mechanical alloying differ from the reference values and approach them as the annealing temperature grows. The lattice parameters of cementite resulted from annealing also vary depending on the doping element and differ from both reference cementite and undoped mechanically alloyed cementite, which is explained by the influence of chromium and nickel on the lattice.
