A graphene-enhanced PEDOT:PSS/β-Ga 2 O 3 microwire organic–inorganic hybrid heterojunction self-driven photodetector with high light responsivity
The introduction of graphene improves the electrical properties of the PEDOT:PSS film, and when combined with β-Ga 2 O 3 MW, it can effectively increase the strength of the built-in electric field.
