Architectural and urban planning concept for the devel-opment of settlements of the Lower Don Ust-Donetsk district of Rostov region

The article considers the issues of integrated architectural and urban development of settlements in the Ust-Donetsk district. The development vectors of each settlement located near the Don River and the general directions of integrated architectural and urban development of the tourist territorial brand are determined. Based on the uniqueness of each settlement, it is proposed to create a relevant, but not repetitive tourism infrastructure, taking into account the existing features of the place, archi-tectural appearance and urban development features of the territory
