Factors influencing the formation of «green» business centers

The article examines the features of the location of green business centers on the example of large megacities — London and Moscow. A graphoanalytical analysis of the placement of environ-mentally sustainable business complexes in the structure of the city, district and site is carried out. In percentage terms, the factors influencing the design of green office buildings are highlighted and compared. The directions of development of ecological construction of commercial facilities in Rus-sia are proposed.
