Modern principles used in the design of hotel and entertainment complexes in coastal areas
The article discusses the modern principles of designing hotel and entertainment complexes that are relevant in the coastal areas of Southern Russia. The analysis of domestic and foreign experience in designing similar buildings allowed us to establish the following principles: multifunctionality, preservation of the authenticity of the territory, differentiation of the number of rooms, environmental safety and social targeting. The important role of social requirements in the design of hotel and enter-tainment complexes, which should be identified at the pre-design stage, is noted. The established principles were implemented in the conceptual design of a hotel and entertainment complex in Yeysk, in the Krasnodar Territory
