SUSTAINABLE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND STAKEHOLDER SATISFACTION
The most important issue in the modern project management system is the application of international management principles in the management of implemented programs and projects and the organization of effective management. First of all, it should be noted that in a limited sense, program management can also be understood as the management of various projects that are part of the programs, aimed at ensuring the development of a certain area and combining specific measures, directed towards a single goal. However, this is so in a limited sense. In a broader sense, program management involves the individual management of projects included in the program and their coordination in accordance with the goals of the program. In our time, countries are implementing economic development, improving social welfare and other issues of this kind by implementing result-based state programs covering several years. When the issue is approached from this aspect, the importance of applying an effective approach to project management is more clearly understood. When we look at the history of project management, we see that the formation and establishment of this management system coincides with the 20th century, when industrial development, changing market laws, and a highly competitive environment took shape.
