The integration of advanced technology into the Azerbaijani non-life insurance market has significantly improved operational efficiency and decision-making. This article examines four key aspects of this transformation: operational efficiency and cost reduction, innovative insurance products and services, improved fraud detection and prevention, and data-driven decision-making. Advanced technology streamlines daily processes and reduces operational costs by automating repetitive tasks and minimizing human error. Innovative products and services, such as usage-based insurance and personal insurance solutions, can respond to changing customer needs and increase market competitiveness. Advanced fraud detection uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and real-time data integration to accurately identify and mitigate fraudulent claims. In addition, data-driven decision-making allows insurance companies to use predictive analytics and big data for accurate risk assessment, customer segmentation, and strategic planning.
