The problem of first-year student adaptation in the context of individuality pedagogy
The paper examines the problem of first-year students' adaptation to the educational process in mathematics at a technical university. The key difficulties associated with the lack of practical skills and emotional instability are identified, and methods for overcoming them based on the pedagogy of individuality are proposed. The author's self-diagnostic map covering seven areas of individuality is used, which made it possible to develop personalized recommendations for students. The results of the study emphasize the need to take into account individual characteristics for successful adaptation.
