Study of the culture of interaction of subjects of the educational process

The article examines the issue of the relationship between politeness with voice assistants and the culture of interaction in the digital environment and the environment of real interaction. The article presents the results of the analysis of a survey of future teachers studying at Minin University about their experience of interaction with voice assistants and comments from specialists of the International Association of Etiquette and Communication Consultants.
