The Impact of Cultural Differences on Business Negotiations
Negotiations play an important role in resolving issues both in business and in personal relationships. The work examines the role of negotiations as an important tool in resolving business and conflict issues, as well as their functions, features and components. Particular attention is paid to intercultural aspects, the influence of cultural and ethnopsychology characteristics on the negotiation process, as well as the risks of misunderstanding and conflicts caused by cultural differences. The characteristics of negotiations within various cultural traditions, such as Western and Confucian, are analyzed, and strategies for increasing the effectiveness of intercultural interaction, strengthening trust and achieving mutually beneficial solutions are proposed.
