EVALUATION OF THE EXISTING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AT MASSOLUTIONS LLC
This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation of the information management systems currently in use at MASSolutions LLC, a mid-sized Azerbaijani company. The study examines systems across the IT, HR, Finance, and Logistics departments through interviews with department managers and a survey of system users. The findings reveal that while each department has basic digital tools in place, there are significant issues including poor integration between systems, redundant manual data entry, and low user satisfaction in certain areas (notably Finance and Logistics). The analysis, supported by relevant literature, indicates that these fragmented and outdated systems hinder operational efficiency and informed decision-making. Recommendations are provided to integrate and upgrade the systems, such as adopting a unified platform (ERP), updating legacy software, and improving user training and governance. Implementing these measures is expected to enhance data consistency, streamline processes, and better align the information systems with MASSolutions LLC’s business needs, ultimately contributing to improved organisational performance
