FEATURES OF THE CHANGES IN COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF RARE-EARTH HALIDE COMPLEXES WITH ACETHYLUREA
Structures of rare-earth halide complexes with acetylurea (AcUr), [Sm(AcUr)(HO)]Cl, [Eu(AcUr)(HO)]Br· HO, [Ln(AcUr)(HO)]Br· HO (Ln = Tm, Yb), and [Lu(AcUr)(HO)]Br were determined. Analysis of compositions and structures of these compounds along with the earlier reported analogues allowed us to consider the features of their changes depending on the atomic number of the element. It was found that the size of the central atom is the decisive factor.
