Methodological Study of Cross-Domain Co-Simulation for Port Equipment Operation Monitoring and Collaborative Early Warning

With the rapid advancement of intelligent ship technology and digital manufacturing, high-risk port operations face multiple challenges, including resource dispersion, heterogeneous model integration, and real-time data interaction. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a cross-domain collaborative simulation platform for port operation scenarios. The platform integrates physical and virtual resources from geographically distributed sites, providing a flexible and scalable solution for simulating and evaluating complex port tasks. Key technologies include multi-domain resource access, standardized model integration, and multi-model collaborative control, supported by cutting-edge communication protocols and real-time data synchronization mechanisms. Experimental results demonstrate that the platform effectively supports complex operational scenarios, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of high-risk port operation assessments.
