Pressure controlled anti-solvent spreading for improved current signal with effective grain growth in perovskite optoelectronic devices
Low-pressure solvent injection yields large-grained, highly crystalline perovskite films, boosting solar cell PCE from 19.43% to 21.07% and reducing dark current by 9.37 times. This enables dual-mode operation for solar cells and photodetectors.
